These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Titan Plumb website, professional facilities, service memberships, maintenance programs, technical consulting services, and related offerings. By using our services or requesting site visits, you agree to comply with these Terms, which are aligned with New Zealand consumer and privacy laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Use of Professional Facilities and Services

Clients and partners agree to use all hydraulic diagnostic stations, professional equipment, and service resources responsibly and in accordance with technical safety rules and staff instructions. Unsafe behavior, misuse of plumbing equipment (such as unauthorized tampering or interference), or disruption of service operations may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Membership and Client Accounts

Certain services require an active service membership or registered client account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. Memberships are property-specific and may not be transferred to other locations or owners unless explicitly permitted by management.

3. Payments and Fees

Membership fees, technical packages, and service registrations must be paid according to the selected plan. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service access or call-out priority. All fees are in NZD, subject to applicable taxes, and terms provided at the time of purchase.

4. Health and Physical Safety

By requesting on-site services from Titan Plumb, you acknowledge that plumbing maintenance involves technical physical activity and inherent risks. You confirm that the site is safe for our specialists to enter and agree to follow safety guidelines. Titan Plumb is not liable for issues resulting from client misuse of infrastructure or failure to follow technical safety protocols.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, technical training materials, service programs, and digital resources, is owned by Titan Plumb or its partners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of technical materials is prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to treat staff and field specialists with respect. Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or violation of professional service standards may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Titan Plumb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of facilities, technical equipment, or professional services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our service operations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate local courts in Auckland, Wellington, or Hamilton as applicable.
